- The shipping cost is solely based on the delivery destination.
- Based on your location, shipping may take up to 5 working days.
- Plants shall be shipped in soil or bare-rooted based on the destination and the nature of the plant.
- We don’t hold responsible for unavoidable circumstances of delays in product arrival such as delays caused by natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, etc.
- Packaging shall differ based on the nature of the product you ordered.
- If you want to change the destination or had provided incorrect destination information, we possess the right to charge extra for the new address with updated shipping costs.
- Shipment shall be delayed from our side due to immediate stock unavailability for quantifying orders. However, you will be informed about such concerns before we proceed with the order.
