Refund Policy

  • Please note that any issues with regards to our products should be informed us within 24 hours of delivery as we don’t hold responsibility for late concerns.
  • If you find a product to be damaged, we need photographic evidence; hence email the photos and the receipt to xxxxxx
  • To consider a refund, the picture you’ve sent initially should match with the products you send us back.
  • We shall inform you once the product is received back and refunding will only be considered once the product is inspected by us.
  • You shall be notified by phone and via email about the status of the refund.
  • If your refund request is accepted, a full refund shall be made available within 5 days from the date of complaint.
  • Product exchanging can be done in the cases of defective or damaged products and they shall be replaced by the same kind of product you initially bought.
  • In case if you had received a different product than the ordered one, you can go for exchange; however, we must receive the pre-sent product back alive and with the same condition as we sent you.
